1 - Purpose
These Terms & Conditions (together with the Privacy and Cookies Policy) establish the conditions that determine the use of this website and regulate the conditions of the process of purchasing products from it, being accessible at all times on the website, according to existing stock.
GRUPO ELITE invites you to carefully read the content of the agreements mentioned above before using either our website or the associated face-to-face services.
To place an order on the website, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, or, if you are a minor, authorization from your parents or legal representatives to contract under the legal terms. By using this website or enjoying the services of GRUPO ELITE, you declare that you fulfill these conditions.
These Terms & Conditions can be changed at any time, and in this situation, we will publish an updated version on the website. The use of the website, as well as the placing of any order, after GRUPO ELITE has published the new version of the Terms & Conditions, will be subject to the version of the Terms & Conditions in force.

When using the website, you must ensure that the mandatory information provided is correct and complete. We request that you inform GRUPO ELITE about changes in your identification data, namely, postal address, email address, and other contact data, updating, without delay, your personal elements on the website.
The website allows you to make a purchase through the “Buy as a Guest” feature, and it is not necessary to register for this purpose. In any case, you must ensure that the mandatory information provided is correct and complete. Only the personal data strictly necessary to carry out your request are requested, which will only be used for this purpose.
When using the website, you undertake not to place false or fraudulent orders, and GRUPO ELITE, if it considers that an order of this nature has been placed, may proceed with its cancellation and inform the competent authorities.
2 – Purchase procedure
To order one or more products available on the website, you must comply with the following procedures:
Choose the establishment in the VIP Area of the website;
Add bottle, date and number of people (PAX);
Add to cart";
Afterwards, click on “Buy”;
You may proceed with the Purchase as a Guest (“Purchase as a Guest”)
Then fill in the form with the following information:
– Name and surname;
– Address and district;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
– Billing address;
– NIF.
Once the form has been completed with all the information mentioned above, you must select the Delivery Method of the product, in accordance with the provisions in Point 4 below. Then, you must choose one of the available Payment Methods (see Point 3 below). Finally, click on “Confirm Payment”
In order to “Confirm Payment”, you must previously accept these Terms & Conditions.
Once the order has been completed, GRUPO ELITE will send you an “Order Confirmation” email. This email is a mere automated receipt, which means that we have received your order and in which information is sent about the order number and date, delivery and payment method, delivery and billing address, price of product, value of shipping costs, product identification and its basic characteristics.
Always make sure you review your purchase before clicking on “Confirm Payment”. Before clicking on “Confirm Payment”, you have the possibility to edit all the information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address, payment information, or to add, change or remove products in the “Cart”.
The purchase invoice may be sent to you via the email address that was associated with your order or requested at the establishment.
3 - Payments
Payments can be made via Paypal and Bank Transfer.
All orders are processed in the local currency of the respective country of purchase. If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by the Bank and not by GRUPO ELITE.

4 - Prices
The prices paid for the products you order are those displayed on this website, on the date the order is placed, including VAT at the legal rate of the headquarters of GRUPO ELITE in force, but excluding shipping costs that will add to the value of the order placed.
Prices are shown in Euros. If payment for the order is made with a card whose currency is not Euros, the equivalent exchange rate will be made at rates in force according to the bank of the card in question. Fees associated with the exchange and/or processing of international payments are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs will be debited according to the values indicated on the website, calculated in particular according to the selected shipping method.
You will always be informed, in a clear and concise manner, prior to finalizing the order, about the total price of the product, which includes the price, all fees and taxes, additional transport charges, shipping costs or any other costs that may exist.
GRUPO ELITE reserves the right to change product prices and shipping costs at any time, not affecting, however, orders for which the order has already been completed.
5 – Stock Availability
All product orders will be subject to their availability. In this sense, if there is any difficulty regarding the supply of products or if there are no products in stock, GRUPO ELITE will inform you of the unavailability and give you the chance of replacing it with another bottle, or refund the amount eventually paid, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.
NIGHTCLUBS
1 - GENERAL INFORMATION
1 – This establishment has a Complaints Book (DL nº156/2005 of 15th September );
2 – Children under 16 years old are not allowed to enter this establishment (DL nº 396/82 of September 21st);
3 – In this establishment, it is forbidden to sell alcohol to MINORS UNDER 18 according to Decree of Regional Legislative No. 10/2018/A of August 28;
4 – In this establishment, the entry of cold weapons, firearms, weapons is prohibited throwing devices, toxic substances, pyrotechnic devices or explosives
(Decree of Law nº 135/2014, of September 8);
2 – PRIVATE RULES OF OPERATION OF THEESTABLISHMENT
(DL 234/2007. Artº 14, nº2 alínea b)
1 – Ladies free drinks are served every hour and imply staying at the establishment for at least 45 minutes after each drink;
ENTRY MAY BE PROHIBITED TO:
1 – Individuals who are not apparently in their normal state;
2 – Individuals who refuse to pay the mandatory minimum consumption displayed at the entrance;
3 – Individuals who cause or have caused disturbances and disturbed the normal functioning of the establishment;
4 – Individuals who refuse to respect the private rules of the establishment.
MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT:
1 – Individuals who have illicit and misconduct:
a) Who have violent behavior;
b) That cause disturbances due to excess alcohol;
c) Who practice acts of nudity;
d) Who commit acts of attack on public indecency;
e) That cause disturbances that disturb the normal operation of the establishment;
2 – Individuals who do not meet properly presented:
a) That they are in a track suit;
b) Who are wearing sports shorts;
c) Who are wearing dirty or damaged clothes;
d) When, on exceptional occasions, you are asked to wear some clothing costume
inappropriate.
THE USE OF CAPS, CAPS AND HATS IS NOT PERMITTED.
NO KIND OF ADVERTISING IS PERMITTED WITHIN THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT MANAGEMENT AUTHORIZATION.
3 - ENTRY
ENTRY INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS FORBIDDEN TO PERSONS WHO REFUSE TO GO THROUGH THE EQUIPMENT FOR DETECTING HAZARDOUS OBJECTS OR FOR PROHIBITED USE.

BY ENTERING THE ESTABLISHMENT YOU ARE ACCEPTING OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ASSIGNING THE RIGHT IMAGE FOR PROMOTION OF THE Establishment.
IF YOU DON'T KNOW THIS INFORMATION, YOU MAY ASK MANAGEMENT TO NOT USE YOUR IMAGE AND WE WILL REMOVE ALL YOUR IMAGE FROM THE PROMOTIONFROM THE ESTABLISHMENT.

9 – 3 FREE DRINKS
THE OFFER DRINKS ARE SERVED HOURLY AFTER THE 1ST DRINK AND REQUIRES A STAY IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AT LEAST 45 MINUTES AFTER THE ORDER OF EACH DRINK. IF THE PRIVATE RULES ARE NOT COMPLIED WITH, THE BEVERAGE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE PRICE LIST IN FORCE.
